The developer

SAVO is an investment and development group: it buys land, designs on it, builds, sells and then looks after what it has built. It works in Spain, Lithuania and Ukraine, and has been on the market since 2006.

European contracts are signed by UAB Savo investicija, company code 304499183, VAT LT100011304015, with its registered office at Gerosios Vilties g. 27-131, Vilnius. Both numbers can be looked up in the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities without asking our permission, and that is exactly the check we suggest running on any developer, this one included.

What exists in each market differs on purpose. In Vilnius there are clinker-brick buildings standing and lived in, on the same street where the company has its registered office. In the Kyiv region there is a finished district with closed courtyards, commercial units and a dental clinic on the ground floor. In Villajoyosa, for now, there is a design: a building beside the bay, a pool, roof terraces and a padel court on the master plan.

That difference is the reason for this site. A developer who has already delivered elsewhere can show you what was delivered; what does not exist yet is presented as what it is, a drawing.

SAVO builds in Spain, Lithuania and Ukraine. In Villajoyosa the project is at design stage; in Vilnius and in the Kyiv region there are finished, occupied buildings that can be visited.
